TransSec will not require any upfront payment or deposit, we will only require payment for the goods that have been delivered

MANUFACTURER / PRODUCER SURVEY
To ensure alignment on quality and performance, TransSec can allow visits to our manufacturer / producers to inspect and test the goods.

FREE SAMPLES FOR TESTING
If required, TransSec will arrange for samples to be sent directly to the client from manufacturer/producer for additional testing.

AIR FREIGHT WITH UTMOST PRIVACY
Due to sensitive nature of some products to be supplied, TransSec will air-freight the product via private cargo plane from manufacturer, whenever applicable.

TIMELY POINT – POINT DELIVERIES
Delivery time frames will be communicated once the client has confirmed the specific quantities required for the order. Once we have a clear understanding of the volume of goods needed, we will be able to provide an accurate timeline for when the products will be ready and dispatched to the client.

TRANSPARENCY ON LOADING
If required, TransSec Africa will fund a trip for not more than two client representatives and one TransSec Africa representative to inspect loading of the cargo from manufacturer.
